Quality Policy

It is the Apex Radio Systems Ltd. policy to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality System Standard and the relevant Quality Assessment Schedules. The company has committed itself to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system by supporting a policy that enables the establishment and review of pertinent quality objectives and the continuing suitability of this quality policy.

We have our quality assurance system audited on a regular basis by SGS and administered throughout the year so we can provide the best quality service to our customers.

Management is fully committed to ensuring the effectiveness of the system and it is mandatory for all employees to follow and meet the requirements.

Scope of Accreditation

The distribution, hire and repair of civil land mobile radio equipment including installation, commissioning and test, as well as private mobile radio networks on community base station repeater systems.

The Company is an authorized repairer/dealer, and as such has the relevant service level support for Motorola, Icom, and all other main brand manufacturers.
