ISO 9001 Certified
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to. It can be used by any organisation, large or small, regardless of its field of activity. In fact, there are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. These principles are explained in more detail in ISO’s quality management principles. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

FCS
FCS is a not-for-profit industry association for companies which deliver professional voice and data communications solutions to business and public sector customers in the UK. Whatever the delivery platform — radio, mobile, copper or fibre — the FCS Mission is to champion and defend the role of the professional communications provider in the converging market place.
FSB
FSB has had a huge influence on making change and influencing policy – recently securing a £940 million reduction in business rates for small firms; a freeze on the VAT threshold as well as on fuel duty. We also persuaded the Government to adopt a reform package to stop late payments to small businesses.
We’ve successfully campaigned for small firms to be excluded from the IR35 extension, and secured a £675 million Future High Street Fund. We successfully campaigned for the abolishment of the unfair ‘staircase tax’ and the halving of apprenticeship training co-investment.
The 5.8 million small businesses in the UK make up 99.3 per cent of all private sector businesses. They contribute a staggering amount to the UK’s local and national economies, as well as being a major source of employment. We encourage our members to get involved with our work – from engaging with our campaigns to standing in our local and national member volunteer elections. Together, we are stronger.
