Gateshead HQ Positions

Sales Account Executive

Core Role Responsibilities

- Calling businesses to discuss their radio communication needs.
- Managing the sales cycle from initial call through to closing the sale.
- Pursuing quotations and opportunities.
- Ongoing account management of Key Accounts.
- Researching and identifying potential new clients and building a database of leads and contacts.
- Booking demos and appointments for site visits.

Accounts Assistant

Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Processing and auditing Sales invoicing
- Customer Account reconciliations
- Posting Customer Remittances
- Bank reconciliations
- General Accounts Administration
- Processing new hire contract documentation
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- General ad hoc duties

 

Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

- Ensuring debts are collected when falling due in line with agreed payment dates.
- Regular production and maintenance of overdue reports.
- Query resolution to ensure payment, passing on queries to relevant departments where required.
- Raising new accounts, Invoices and Credit Notices.
- Answering accounts department calls.
- Additional duties within the accounts department to be performed as and when required.

Cardiff Office Positions

Business Development Executive

Core Role Responsibilities

- Researching and identifying potential new clients and building a database of leads and contacts.
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and identifying solutions to meet these needs.
- Working with the Business Development Manager on maintaining and developing relationships with existing, corporate customers.
- Managing the sales cycle from initial prospect call through to closing the sale.
- Pursuing quotations and opportunities.
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with customers, prospects and industry partners whilst staying up to date with new trends.
- Booking demos and appointments for site visits.
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching sales targets.
- Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, customers, and competitors.
