Following on from a long line of apprentices who have previously passed, Hayley has recently been awarded a distinction in ‘Customer Service Practitioner Level 2’. Starting the course in August 2017, Hayley has developed her working skills through great management and a high level of self-learning.
Darren from Access Training has been on hand to help with any queries that Hayley may have had, helping with the finer details of customer service.
Hayley had nothing but nice words for Access and Apex “I loved every minute of my Apprenticeship. All the staff at Access were incredibly helpful and supportive from start to finish. Hayley is now an important member of the Sales team here at Apex and I’m sure you will join everyone at Apex in congratulating her on her Distinction.
Apex’s apprenticeship doesn’t stop there with Jordan and Joe currently studying the same apprenticeship program with Access Training.
Ellie has also recently joined the Apex team currently going through her apprenticeship for ‘AAT Level 2’
