Description

The Icom F3202 D EX is the newest ATEX digital radio from Icom. This intrinsically safe radio meets demands of the harshest environments and all required tests including IEC Ex/ATEX based I/S specifications. It is available as VHF F3202DEX and UHF version F4202DEX.

It is very important to mention that the Icom F3202DEX comes with already integrated Lone Worker and Man Down applications for additional safety of its users. It is not required to purchase any additional licences for these applications as it is with some other ATEX radios.

The Icom F3202DEX is a full power radio and requires an Ofcom licence. We at Apex are able to obtain the required licence from Ofcom on our clients’ behalves, and we also code all the equipment in line with Ofcom regulations, ensuring that all equipment is working correctly.

This new ATEX approved digital radio is rugged and IP 67 rated what means that it is dust and waterproof. Furthermore, it is safe to use in potentially explosive environments. Battery in this radio is also ATEX approved and can provide up to 21 operating hours. (Additional accessories such as speaker mics are also available.)
