Sales Account Executive

Core Role Responsibilities

– Calling businesses to discuss their radio communication needs.
– Managing the sales cycle from initial call through to closing the sale.
– Pursuing quotations and opportunities.
– Ongoing account management of Key Accounts.
– Researching and identifying potential new clients and building a database of leads and contacts.

Accounts Assistant

 

Main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

– Processing and auditing Sales invoicing
– Customer Account reconciliations
– Posting Customer Remittances
– Bank reconciliations
– General Accounts Administration
– Processing new hire contract documentation
– Updating and maintaining customer records

Credit Controller

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

– Ensuring debts are collected when falling due in line with agreed payment dates.
– Regular production and maintenance of overdue reports.
– Query resolution to ensure payment, passing on queries to relevant departments where required.
– Raising new accounts, Invoices and Credit Notices.
– Answering accounts department calls.

Cardiff Office / Remote Positions

Business Development Executive

Core Role Responsibilities

– Researching and identifying potential new clients and building a database of leads and contacts.
– Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and identifying solutions to meet these needs.
– Working with the Business Development Manager on maintaining and developing relationships with existing, corporate customers.
– Managing the sales cycle from initial prospect call through to closing the sale.
– Pursuing quotations and opportunities.
– Attending conferences and events to build relationships with customers, prospects and industry partners whilst staying up to date with new trends.
– Booking demos and appointments for site visits.
– Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching sales targets.
